All good things must come to an end.  Over the years I have watched our community change and grow, all in a positive way.  Unfortunately of late, we have had an influx of speculative buyers in our neighbourhood who really don’t care about the special community we have.  Homes are purchased and then left empty to rot, waiting to be flipped again and treated like a Bay St. stock.  For this reason I have decided to make the photography portion of this site private and by invite only as I don’t want it to be used as a sales and marketing tool.

Its sad…very sad.  The fabric of our “community feel” that has been around since the 1950’s is vanishing before our eyes.  Generations of residents over the years have given their time and effort to maintaining and building our special community.   This is still very true today; most residents new and old, are actively engaged in our community and care about where they live. Unfortunately, a few bad apples are spoiling the bunch.  So for that reason it’s time to say goodbye.
